Very good food, service is awesome.. well worth a visit if you are in the area

Kind of a strange mix of people here, you've got Country guys/girls, preps, and a man with a Mohawk and high heeled spiked boots...not really my kind of place, service wasn't that great, it took 30 minutes for the staff to acknowledge our presence. The cups for beer were tiny👎👎👎 the staff there were nice and friendly, only upside. P.S.If you're any kind of heavy the bathrooms will be an issue, they are the tiniest stalls I have ever seen.

A real disappointment, despite being almost empty the service was very slow, food cold and prices high. Based on one visit not recommended.

Waitress was attentive, food was good, casual atmosphere, overall good experience.

Had soup and salad bar. Problem was they didn't bring the soup out till about 5:30. That was an hour after I got there.

I had the steak sandwich, it was great. And the bartender was very friendly.

Food was a little off at first. But Casey made everything right. Thanks so much Casey made my dining experience an A+

I absolutely love coming here! The food is great. The servers are attentive and friendly. It feels like a small town bar and restaurant where everyone is welcome.

Some drinks are great, some not so good. They need to filter their water or serve bottled water.

Always a good time at the highland inn. Watch out for taco Tuesdays, especially in the summer. The place is packed. The steaks are hand cut. I like it cooked warm and red in the middle. I'm usually not disappointed. They have a band on the weekends.

It was unorganized & slow. We had to eat outside and wait forever for condiments. But the Tacos were still good.

Cold beer, excellent perrogis and beef brisket!! Taco night is way to busy for my liking but on off night, Mexican food is good too. Plenty of lottery games and often live music. We like it here. Get a bread bowl and a beer to start your dinner.

Last stop on Taste of Irish Hills. Looked fairly clean and everyone was enjoying themselves.

Good food, good salad bar. Decent service. Always a nice and busy, yet plenty of room. Only down side, not a decent Bourbon in the house. Mostly a beer drinkin' crowd.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Slowest service I’ve ever had, it took OVER an hour for 4 dinners to come out, not bad prices but it was the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. Savannah, our waitress, over charged us for our burger AND we didn’t receive any toppings on our burger that we specifically asked for. Our burger on the menu was $8.99 but our bill came out to $13 and she “took it back to the manager” and brought it back to us for $12.50 and had the toppings “comped”. They were “out of regular fries” so they delivered waffle fries and just assumed we’d pay the difference without the decency of letting us know. WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to.

It was so fun to take the grandkids there. They loved it. Great service ladies, quick too, even though it was packed. Great root beer!

the food was actually pretty good however, we waited a long time for our appetizers and then again for our main course. The waitress was very apologetic for keeping us waiting and supposedly someone else was suppose to have checked on us...this did not happen. Staff was very friendly and polite the food just took forever,

Taco tuesday is a treat.i been to pretty much all the area has to offer and my fiance and I agree that highland inn has the best tacos around.i been hankering about getting there and trying one of them burgers and fries everyone raves about.

Tell me how when you are on a wait you can not take a take out. I have been working outside all day and wanted to get tacos. When I went up there and there was maybe 2 people waiting to get sat and a full store. I walked up to the counter I asked if I can place a take out she told me “No not at this time we are on a wait.” Wait what??? What is the difference if I place it for take out or sit down! Needless to say I left and went some else. Just weird how you can just say no to money!

Good food. Our waitress was out standing. Pretty smile very polite. Love that girl. Hunter I think that's her name.
